I got lucky to try out this new offering last October 16th. I was made to choose between a white and red wine once seated, as they serve the first course: Garlic Bread with Mushroom Antipasto.
Elegant and delicious, it was perfect for an antipasto plate. The portions were large, the food was tasty.
They served soup next. I chose the clear Seafood Consomme over the Cream of Pumpkin and Carrot Soup.
Fresh Salad drizzled with Red Wine Vinaigrette followed suit. I so love how the dressing balanced out the flavors of nuts, Bleu cheese, cherry tomatoes and mixed greens. It tasted divine!
I had a hard time choosing what to get for my main dish. It was a tough decision going for Rib-eye Steak with Sautéed Arugula and Mashed Potato over Prawns with Salted Herring Pasta, Corniche Chicken with Organic Wild Rice Pilaf, Pan-grilled U.S Porkloin with Sauteed Diced Potatoes, or Chilean Seafood Risotto.
For dessert, I chose Molten Lava Cake ala Mode over Creme Brulee and Tiramisu to cap my satisfying feast.
