Kick-start the Learning Experience with Licealiz

Adapting to the school hours and workload after summer playdates is only a fraction of what the students have to contend with when school season starts.

About one-third of elementary public school students in the Philippines suffer from head lice infestation as the school season starts. And moms are challenged with maintaining their children's lice-free hair since there is no assurance that they won’t get even a single lice on as they spend most time with their classmates.

To address this problem, Lamoiyan Corporation, maker of Licealiz Head Lice Treatment Shampoo, invited mombloggers to its "Kick-starting the Learning Experience " workshop held last June 30, 2018 at the Mind Museum.

At this Back-To-School learning session, mom and daughter tandems were given a fun bonding experience while picking up tips on how to keep those tresses flawless, as they express their own creativity.

While Pediculosis (Kuto) is a leading health problem in the country, students can beat Pediculosis with the right treatment and preventive measures. There was a lecture on basic hair care and tips on how mothers can prepare well for the school season plus ways to ensure that their kid's health remains uncompromised by head lice problems.

There was also a hairstyle tutorial, wherein mommies learned some easy-to-do hairstyles that their kids can pull off at school. And to ensure that day was one that moms and kids enjoyed, an educational tour at the Mind Museum followed suit.

Lamoiyan Corporation has partnered with the Department of Education (DepEd) in the past for its #KilusangKontraKuto initiative.
