simple ribbon cutting ceremony was headed by Mr. Wilson Lim (International Director of International Business) and Ms Roselle Calixihan (Country Operations Director) to commence the grand launch.
According to Lam Yew Kwong (PastaMania Regional Manager), PastaMania centers on the concept to bring.. “…great tasting Italian food into the mass market, making it affordable to everyone.”
PastaMania's quick service restaurant consists of
different sections designed in accordance with the Italian Pizza Concept. Customers will find the Alimentari (grocery store), Panificio (bakery), and Negozio della Pasta that offers handmade pasta and gourmet ingredients. The Alimentari is where you’ll find their secret formulas or pasta sauces (made with tomatoes harvested from their own 20 acre farm in Parma).

Gelato Cart, where you get to taste the best tasting, hand-made artisan gelato!
