Percentage on the chocolate label indicates the amount of pure cocoa liquor in the mixture. So the higher cocoa percentage it is, the more pure and bitter it is in taste.

I came to appreciate chocolate more after joining in a chocolate factory tour at Godel. It felt like being in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory movie. It was awesome to know how Godel chocolates are being processed first hand and to experience eating as much chocolate stuff as I like.

Godel takes extra care in keeping the mould and chocolate temperature almost the same to prevent sugar blooms. It heats and cools the chocolate (tempering) to get its desired chocolate characteristics.
When done properly, chocolate will have a smooth, glossy finish that chocolate makers want. It hardens into a firm chocolate with

nice snap when broken off.

makes a delicious hot chocolate that isn't too sweet. This cocoa ball of chocolate mix drink contains marshmallows.
You simply have to pop a hot cocoa bomb in a mug and pour over hot milk to melt the bomb.
Stir to mix the concoction together to enjoy a good cup.
For one day, I was able to live out my dreams at the Godel Chocolate factory.
