We decided to spend the night at Midas in anticipation of the SB19 concert to be held at the Cuneta Astrodome. I made the reservations one week prior to December 28, 2019.
We made our way in at around 5PM. In a few minutes after, they called us to settle the cash deposit required. We signed in the form and then we were handed our room keycards.
We were in our De Luxe room in a short time! The suite room assigned to us had a closet on the right side that contains the safety box, hangers, slippers, emergency flashlight and an extra pillow. Next to it lies the door to the big comfort room. It was clean, with a bathtub and hot-cold water selection. They provided towels, hair dryer plus a complete set of toiletries as well.
On the other side lies the 2 twin-size beds with fluffy pillows and comforters. The flat TV and good WiFi connection provided the entertainment we need for the night. Other a dining amenities include a study table, coffeemaker stand, a mini bar and a phone unit.
Our deluxe room had minimalist design with gold highlights. We had a good view of the Roxas Boulvard from the balcony window.
We were both tired and so we decided to skip the trip to SM MOA and just stay in the room. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from MOA by the way.
The following morning, we had buffet breakfast at the Midas Cafe, located on the second floor
Their buffet spread is huge! I love Christmas feel and the festive ambiance! There is assortment of cereals, bread, cakes and pastries.
There was an omellete and noodle section on the side. They have everyone in the family covered with continental and local dishes. There were provisions for coffee, tea, plus juices.
A night at Midas is truly luxury at its finest!
