Burnt Edges celebrated their 1st Year Anniversary last October 19, 2019 with a foodie meet up! It is a go-to place for skewers and an extensive array of grilled food.
After successfully bringing in the well-known San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf seafood restaurant concept to Manila, Shrimp Bucket decided to open their grilling spot at Three Central, Salcedo and its second branch at the Top of the Glo.
For starters, we had Tofu Tower, Nachos with Chili Con Carne and Chicken in Coconut Milk.
We then feasted on Grilled Skewers (Shrimps, Wagyu Cubes, Chicken Skin, Pork), plus Grilled Liempo with five dippings sauces to enjoy. These were simple, straightforward, but all flavorful and satisfying.
We also had seafood fix with the Shrimp Bucket’s boiling Bags by the Pound.
The wait staff lined our table with a food-grade wax paper and handed us disposable hand gloves are set to make our seafood adventure pleasant.
We were served Mussels in Mardi Gras Sauce (P 385), and Shrimps in Salted Eggsperience (P 600) next. The shrimp bag was a hit! The flavorful juice from shrimps mixes well with the salted egg sauce! I didn't mind getting messy eating such finger-licking goodness!
Enjoy grilled skewers with a bucketful of your favorite seafiod at Burnt Edges by The Shrimp Bucket!
