Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi is your to-go Sushi that is Budget-friendly

Japanese food is known for its fresh and delectable dishes often served with a side of showmanship. The beautifully presented food and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, make it a popular fare during gatherings or celebrations.

Now you can indulge in the delectable yet affordable Japanese-inspired food from Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi Stand.

Founded by Miguel Librojo and Kelly Parreno in 2016, Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi is a one- stop shop for take-away Japanese products, including a variety of sushi and other Japanese-inspired dishes like rice balls, sashimi, wagyu, and bacon bomb.

“We at Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi believe that great Japanese food need not be expensive,” Librojo mused. “Whether you’re looking to eat on your own or with a big party, Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi will positively satisfy your cravings.”

I joined the other foodies in a  fun sushi-making masterclass  as  Ta Ke Me Ho Me opens at UP Town branch earlier this afternoon.  We were taught how to do Salmon Maki sushi and Kani Maki (Crab Stick Sushi Roll). For first timers, it was hard for me to wrap rice into a cylinder. We used the blow torch to add extra detailing on the Salmon Maki. Maki art requires patience as each component of the roll should be evenly to ensure roll uniformity. We all had fun doing these.

Treat your taste buds with a burst of gastronomic flavor starting at P 99 for a sushi box of 8 pieces. For bigger groups and to satisfy more tummies, they also offer sharing boxes that come in 24pcs., 40 pcs., and 80 pcs. For those willing to go all out, Ta Ke Me Ho Me Sushi even does sushi and sashimi catering events.

Ta Ke Me Home Sushi stand currently has ten operating branches, including its pioneer brand in Sgt. Esguerra, Quezon City. Its other branches are located at UP Town, QC, Lilac, Marikina, SM North Edsa, SM City Sta. Mesa, SM Southmall, SM Olongapo, Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, Ayala Marquee Mall, Robinsons Manila, and Robinson Galleria.
