The Food Exchange at Novotel Manila did an amazing feat on its latest food event "Asian Street Food Festival" in gathering eight (8) chefs from different countries in Asia-Pacific (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, India, Vietnam and the Philippines) for a single food event.

I frequent The Food Exchange Manila and it remains my favorite when it comes to buffet. I find it to be the best place to start on a journey of mouthwatering, great food which they rotate frequently.
Now the Asian Street Food event adds more options to their best regular buffet selections. You'll find the best of hawker food along with their superb buffet spread at the Food Exchange Manila.
You can gorge on a plethora of vibrantly delicious Singaporean hawker fare like Chili Crabs, Rojak, Hainanese chicken, kaya toast, char kway teow, bak chor mee, and wanton noodles!
You can customize your own Korean Seafood pancake (Hameul Jeon) with fresh vegetables and an assortment of seafood (shrimp, squid and oysters).Japchae (korean Stir-fried Sweet Potato Noodles) and the Pork Bolgogi (sweet-spicy marinated stir-fried pork). There is also Korean braised chicken, Grilled Pork, and the stir-fried Kimchi Rice to indulge in.
Indian food selection includes Mutton Curry. The spicy and tangy aroma of this local feast is really good.
Look for gado gado with spicy peanut sauce from Vietnam. Find delight in the cucumber black fungus from China.
