A day after Christmas, we decided to get a quite respite at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center and this yuletide break proved to be a cheery and festive one.
We deem it timely to avail of the complimentary executive suite for our family bonding series. We had stayed in in their superior rooms for thrice already but this is the first time for us to experience the Executive Suite (same room classification where Miss Universe Pia Wurtbach was billeted).
As always, the reservation was easy. We went through a fast, personalized check in at Novotel Manila Araneta Center Premiere Lounge located at the 24th floor.
We were served drinks as the hotel staff worked on our reservation and we were handed the keycards in no time.
Novotel got all the members of the family in mind! The same floor houses a Kids Play Area, a Library and a Meeting Room, which preferred guests can use.
The Premiere Lounge at the 24th floor allows us to indulge in an extensive menu of light bites and thirst-quenching drinks. It offers all-day refreshments and complimentary food which includes buffet breakfast, afternoon tea (3PM-5PM) and evening cocktails (5PM-7PM).
By day, it is a plus coffee bar that serves up blends, fresh juices and smoothies, pastries, and sandwiches. By night, it morphs into an amber-lit wine bar with an intimate ambiance conducive for capping the night.
The Executive Suite is the best one we had stayed in so far. It is an unparalled experience to upgrade your typical relaxation and sleeping indulgence as it is one of Quezon city's top nightcap-worthy hotels
Lavatory is huge and lavish!
We explored the Pool, Serenity Spa and Kids Club at the 5th Floor.Novotel's indoor-outdoor urban escape at the said floor features a lot of indoor and outdoor plush furniture, lush greenery, and a great view of the Cubao metropolis.
The Gym has the necessary equipments for perfect workouts!
The In-Balance fitness center at the 6th Floor offers a variety of pampering treats to relax and destress you.
They had a Christmas Shop set up for people to bring home the gingerbread house ( starting at P 1,100), fruit cakes, stollen, and other classic Christmas treats.
The Food Exchange Manila at the lobby area treated us to a buffet spread of local and international dishes. See our food review here.
At the Gourmet Bar, guests get to savor Christmas Holiday specials from Chef Joshua.
having breakfast we proceed to the pool area. They will give you a towel which you can use and will remind you of the rules. So anything cotton is not allowed, so better bring some proper swim wear when you come.
