ReplyDeleteThis condominium has a very good loctaion in the city. I think that many foreign expats will want to live here as well so they can easily get access to both their corporate office and entertainment / leisure spots.
ReplyDeleteI am not comfortable living in a Condo that is why we have chosen to get a house and lot. But if I have extra budget, I would want to buy a condo and look for a tenant. A nice location would be besides top ranking schools like La Salle and Ateneo and this Grand Riviera is near other universities too.
