Bosch is making life and work in the kitchen even easier with the new Series 8. All built-in appliances in this exceptional range have been conceived in such a way that every detail fulfills the highest requirements in terms of quality, performance, efficiency, durability and convenience. The Bosch Series 8 Ovens offer user-friendly functionally. Automatic settings take the guesswork out of timings, smart sensors regulate temperature and cooking times, and the innovative new control panels give you intuitive touch control.
With its intuitive and sophisticated sensors, a kitchen novice or even a seasoned cook will be able to serve up a lavish spread with guaranteed perfect results. It takes the guesswork out of creating delectable dishes, with minimal effort needed.
The new Bosch Series 8, which was granted the 2015 German Design Award, features 21 new technologies that makes dinner hosting such a breeze. The ovens come with a steam injection function and microwave. The ovens come with steamers. Microwaving, steaming, roasting and baking are now achievable in one oven.
The PerfectRoast meat probe also makes cooking meat, poultry and fish perfectly extremely simple. The variant developed by Bosch avoids measurement errors, as it not only monitors the core temperature at one single point, but rather at three different points. Bosch Assist helps in selecting the right program for baking as well as roasting. An added bonus for the Series 8 ovens: the new 4D hot air system. Here, the hot air is distributed evenly throughout the oven using a new kind of fan wheel that rotates in both directions alternately. This makes it possible for the user to place his or her dishes on any of the shelf positions from 1 to 4 and still always achieve a perfect cooking result.
Steam-baking and Microwaving
All-new Bosch Series 8 Ovens has a steam injection function and microwave, as well as integrated steamers. Bosch's German ingenuity integrates 4D hot air technology with a new steam injection function. Meat dishes roasted with hot air and steam become crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside.
The Bosch Series 8 Ovens can also be used to steam vegetables and fish in the traditional way. Using the steamer function, an entire menu can be cooked at once on up to three shelves. Fish, potatoes, vegetables or desserts – the most varied and different foods can be cooked simultaneously and precisely to the minute. The food retains its natural vitamins and aromas in the gentle steam, and the humidity of the air prevents the individual tastes from mixing. The integrated microwave feature can also reduce cooking time of dishes by up to 50 percent.
The Perfect Bake
Imagine perfectly-risen sponge cakes, muffins, cupcakes, and breads. Series 8 ovens guarantee perfect baking, thanks to their multitude of innovative tools. With the fuss-free Perfect Bake sensor, moisture levels are regulated in the oven cavity for an even bake. The PerfectBake sensor permanently measures the moisture level of the baked items and automatically adjusts the baking process.
If the dish has finished baking, the oven switches itself off independently. All dishes, from cakes to bread and quiches, are cooked absolutely perfectly. Simply select the desired dish and press "Start". The Series 8 oven takes care of the rest by itself with the help of the PerfectBake sensor. Cakes which are undercooked, too dry or even burnt are thereby banished to the past. Upon selecting the desired bake-type, the oven automatically sets the ideal heating mode, temperature, and duration. Under baked or burnt cakes will now be a thing of the past.
The Perfect Roast
The perfect results during roasting comes easy using the most modern sensor technology and a new kind of hot air system. And with the automatic AutoPilot program, the microwave becomes even easier to control perfectly: You just need to insert the food, enter its weight and select the appropriate program in the menu. With five microwave power settings and three power settings for its grill function, the microwave appliance guarantees perfect results every time.
The PerfectRoast meat probe measures the core temperature through 3 sensor measuring points with precision for perfect roasting results giving you an ideal roast. by giving you an exact sense of the doneness of a roast at three different points, it takes the guesswork out of cooking the perfect roast lamb, chicken, fish, turkey, and pork with crispy crackling for family meals and special occasions. The PerfectRoast meat probe also works with microwave and steam functions.
