Perfect Pairings for your Ippudo Ramen

Ippudo has taken Manila by storm since it was introduced last year. There is no doubt that the delicious bowl of Ippudo ramen is really out of this world. People don't mind the long queue at their SM Megamall flagship restaurant just to have their flavorful ramen fix.

Ippudo Philippines allows you to customize your order based on spiciness, broth options and hardness of noodles. Such customer preferences adds to one's great noodle experiences.

Now Ippudo Philippines gives you more reasons to upscale your Ramen experience with the recent launch of its our ‪#‎RamenSidekicks! These side dishes are a perfect complement to your favorite ramen bowls.

I chose medium--bodied noodles for my Akamaru Special. The intense pork flavor comes in a milky, golden color broth. It leaves a sticky sheen on my lips as I slurp its medium spicy soup.

Fried Chicken Skin Salad has egg wedges topped with crispy chicken skin bits that complements that fresh greens.

For bread, you get to choose from Pork or Fried Chicken Buns.

Chicken Wings is glazed chicken that is sweet and savory. It is served with salad.

You may also choose Nanban Karaage for crunchy Japanese chicken treat minus the bones. The Classic Karaage comes with sweet sauce and Ippudo’s tartar sauce plus mixed greens salad served on the side.
Okonomiyaki takes your favorite takoyaki several notch higher with its chashu slice toppings!

Matcha Creme Brulee (P 140) comes in mild sweetness with flavor from torched sugar and vanilla ice cream scoop.  It is sprinkled with matcha on top.

  1. I haven't tried Ippudo Ramen huhu. These dishes look so vibrant and tasty. The problem is that there's always a long queue in SM Megmall. I hope they open a branch in SM MOA that's nearest my office. :)

  2. I'll try to research this Ippudo; first time to know about it. It's such a complete ingredients, then, mix with Ramen. With spiciness, this is the time to control the amount of chili?

  3. We don't have this resto here in Subic, ;( everything looks so yummy. I hope I can try it soon. I'm a fan of noodles! Can't wait to try that ippudo, I'm just a bit disappointed that their salad is not so healthy.
