I've heard rave reviews on the newly-opened Vikings Luxury Buffet in SM Jazz Mall. Its professionally-trained chefs have been known to prepare dishes beyond expectations and so I expect another memorable buffet indulgence at this latest branch.
The grandoise chandelier was a welcoming sight as guests come in. Though quite big, the whole Viking area felt homey and inviting.
And now for the food offerings, let us start with bread choice along with coldcuts.

I was craving for some Hot Pot, so I checked out their Shabu Shabu Station. After picking ingredients for my pot, I ask the chef to mixed up a medium spicy pot for me.
