Dare to Dream was a Blast!

I was excited as much as my daughter to watch the Disney On Ice "Dare to Dream" show last January 4th. The theater production started with an enthralling number from Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy.

Snow White and The Seven Dwarves story soon followed shortly. She hides with the group of seven adorable dwarves and is pursued by a jealous, evil queen who feeds her a poison apple. In the end, the handsome prince awakens her with a kiss and they lived happily ever after.

The second part of the performance was about Ella's life. Cinderella is a classic fairy tale about a servant step-daughter who wins the heart of Prince Charming.
Cinderella gets help from the mice Gus and Jaq

Cinderella, treated as slave by her stepmother Lady Tremaine and her daughters Anastasia and Drizella, dreams of going to the Prince's ball. We all love the colorful costumes, props and scenes especially the magical coach she had ridden to get to the ball.

Tangled was the third leg of the show that I love the most! The aerial performances of Rapunzel and Flynn were outstanding!

This version of the Rapunzel story was visually stunning! My daughter and I watched the film years ago and seeing it on stage still worked for me just as it had the first time I saw it on film.

It was really funny how on-the-run Flynn Rider comes into Rapunzel’s life, how he agrees to take Rapunzel away from Mother Gothel’s tower to see the lanterns. We were as eager as Rapunzel to see a group of floating lanterns filling the sky.

Maximus the horse was also a scene-stealer.  It helped make this opposites-attract love story click perfectly as well!

The finale was such a spectacular one! It was a grand production seing princesses Rapunzel, Tiana, Cinderella, Aurora, Jasmine, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Snow White and Mulan do the ice skating lifts, spins and footwork in aa graceful manner.

And our magical experience was capped with Snow White and Prince Charming photo-op.

My family and I had a great time watching Disney On Ice "Dare to Dream" show. Special thanks to Magnolia Chocolait and Yehey! Digital Group for bringing out the kids in all of us!
