UMD, Manoeuvres, Sexbomb Reunite for Dance Concert promoting Neuropathy Awareness

March 31, 2014 marks the ultimate throwback event of the year as Universal Universal Motion Dancers (UMD), Manoeuvres, and Sexbomb Dancers reunite for one Massive Dance Concert in an effort to raise awareness for Neuropathy!
Neuropathy or peripheral neuropathy, refers to nerve damage in the peripheral nervous system which is limited to nerves outside of the brain and spinal cord. It is often caused Physical trauma, repetitive injury, infection, metabolic problems and exposure to toxins.

People who suffer from neuropathy exhibit symptoms like tingling(tusok-tusok) or burning sensation, gradual onset of numbness (pangangawit) and loss of sensation (pamamanhid) in the hands and feet. Diagnosis of neuropathy involves clinical history, physical examination and some electrical tests like electromyography (EMG) to diagnose muscle weakness . See the three iconic dance groups perform at the Trinoma Activity Center on Monday. Free nerve clinics, games, and freebies to be given away throughout this day-long activity.

This event is made possible by Neurobion, a Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 that helps maintain healthy nerves, promote efficient nerve function, and reduce pain in the arms and hands caused by Neuropathy.

  2. I like the idea of making awareness about Neuropathy. I never heard about that till now, and I'm quite curious about it. But do you think this short video is a good exemple? I think it's too short and it doesn't make me think about neuropathy. It makes me think to energy and vitaly. But, anyway, it's a great idea to raise awareness about neuropathy :)
