UU fashion line under the famous designer Jun Takahashi debuts in
UNIQLO Philippines this August 22.
Uniqlo Undercover or 'UU' was founded in 1989 while Jun Takahashi was
still a student at Bunka Fashion College. It started in his desire to
provide a comprehensive stylish line for the modern family.
The 2012 fall-winter focuses on a family theme and includes a line-up of trendy 100-item apparel collection for women, men and children. The first phase of the new collection is nowo on sale at the UNIQLO store in SM Mall of Asia, as well as in 11 UNIQLO markets outside of the Philippines.
Uniqlo’s high quality casual clothing has designs designs that reflect the Undercover labels' distinctively edgy and fashionable look. The 2012 fall-winter collection brings together Undercover’s unique design aesthetic with UNIQLO’s high performance fabrics. UNIQLO signature fabrics and materials such as those used in its HEATTECH line of garments and its Ultra Light Down jackets are fashioned into fresh and original designs under the artistics direction of Mr. Takahashi.
The children’s apparel come in a mixture of bright colors such as pink, red and yellow and darker tones such as wine and blue. The men’s and women’s offerings on the other hand, come in a palette of colors such as wine, olive, gray and black.
