PLDT Cyberya Blogger Challenge FIASCO

Last January 23, I sought the help of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with regards to UNFAIR practice, and misleading facebook campaign of PLDT Kaasenso on the PLDT Cyberya Blogger Challenge which concluded in December 2013.
